We require a £250 non-refundable booking fee to secure the date, and then the remaining balance can be split over a 2, 3, 4 or 5 month period, and payments would then be taken via our Go Cardless Direct Debit system.

This can vary, depending on how much content the client has to add to the site, and also whether they require an integrated booking system or shop to be added. For a 3 page site, we like to allow up to 21 working days, and an additional 3-4 days for publishing and SEO completion.

Absolutely. This is one thing that we believe in and every person who has invested money and time into a website, should have full ownership and access to the site after it's been fully paid up. We can transfer the site to your account afterwards with ease.

Most certainly! We would just require the login details for the purchased domain so that we can link it up with the new site and get it live. If you don't own a domain name already, we can purchase this for you when we publish the site and set up the subscription.

Your domain name should be easy to remember, relevant to your business, and preferably include keywords related to your industry. We can check availability and register your chosen domain.

Yes. SquareSpace have a SSL certificate included to encrypt data transmitted between your site and visitors' browsers. We recommend using a strong password and 2 step verification.

We have a form that we require you to fill out, prior to us starting on the site, where you can provide the details and information of what you would like on each page, your brand/logo files, colour codes, font names, inspiration for the site etc. We will then have a call with you to clarify any details we may need more information on and we can then do what we do best and get creative!

Yes and yes! We want to make sure the site is optimised as much as possible. We will complete the website SEO with as much information as possible, to drive traffic through all avenues, and also link up your Google My Business so you're found on the biggest search platform.

Yes. When the site has been completed, we will call you to finalise any details and also set up the ongoing website subscription. This payment doesn’t go to us, it goes to SquareSpace (the website provider) to host and have your website live. You can set up this payment as a monthly direct debit (£16 per month), or if you pay for the year, it works out much cheaper (usually £180 for the year). We tend to have a 20% off discount code, and are always happy to use these for our clients websites.

Yes of course! SquareSpace has a built in analytic tool and you can also use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behaviour, and other key metrics. This data can help you understand your audience better, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimise your website's performance.

Yes absolutely! It depends what requirements you need for the selling options, but we would discuss this before providing a bespoke quote. Having a shop on the website will differ the ongoing subscription costs too, but again, we can confirm this for you!
